So, we have made it to the run up of your big day... Now it is just time to iron out the final details.

It is pretty self explanatory but if you could give me as much detail as possible or as close to what you think will happen.

This just gives me the exact moments I can grab you and your partner for a few of those key shots that we all want.

Please list all the group shots or combinations of people you would like to have, the bridal party will be included so don't worry about these photos.

My advice would be to keep the list to essentials as this can be quite time consuming averaging around 3/4 minutes to set up and take. 4 minutes per group and you've got 15 groups is 60 minutes so keep that in mind if you have a large number, try and stick to the essentials. 

I will try my very best to get as many as I can for you.
Special Details (If Any)

Which key details would you like captured? Special item /person etc.

List of Vendors
Anyone that you have hired for your big day has worked extremely hard behind the scenes so it always nice to give them credit and tag them them in some photos of their work.

If you feel like you want to spread the word about who has helped you on your wedding day then list them below (social links as well) and I'll be sure to try and get a few images for them.

Videographer, Florist, Bridal Wear, Grooms Wear, MUA, Band/DJ... anything you can think of.

One last thing, I just want to ask if a meal will be provided?

Please do not feel the need to include me but if this does not work for you then I can arrange my own food. If there isn't anywhere at the venue then I will probably pop away off site to get something.
